Keep in mind this is all happening in just ONE ward of what is a very small LGA. It’s little wonder that the community has a lot of questions.

Dept of Planning proposes changes as part of the Crows Nest Metro Transport Oriented Design (TOD) currently on exhibition –
82m mixed use building on cnr Pacific Highway and Berry Road (58-64 Pacific Highway)
Height increase for shops on Pacific Highway frontage rail line to Berry Road to 41m
Council has resolved to close Canberra Avenue from River Road to Duntroon Ave intersection from late 2025.
Acquisition of Park/Berry Road properties incomplete.
13. Pacific Highway frontage from rail line to Oxley
Completed or proposed
A total of 1622 units have already been completed in the 88 Christie Street, Landmark and St Leonards Square developments.
Approval of a State Significant Application for a 42 storey build to rent development at 524-542 Pacific Highway is imminent.
Under the TOD, NSW Planning has proposed a 133m residential tower at 448-456 Pacific Highway (current car wash site).
